Luqmat Khayr

Luqmat Khayr is a humanitarian volunteer led movement dedicated to alleviating hunger and restoring dignity by providing nutritious food to starving individuals and families in need in Gaza strip, Palestine. Rooted in the values of compassion, generosity, and humanity, we aim to nourish both body and soul through every shared bite of kindness.

Strategic Objectives

  • To provide consistent and culturally appropriate food packages to the most vulnerable populations in Gaza, especially children, the elderly, and displaced families, through secure, transparent, and need-based distribution systems.
  • To develop and maintain an efficient, crypto-enabled fundraising and logistics framework that ensures 100% of all donations directly support food procurement, packaging, and delivery, in alignment with Islamic charitable values.

Luqmat Khayr movement operates under the following strict principles

  1. Humanitarian Exclusivity
Luqmat Khayr is established and operated strictly for humanitarian purposes. No funds, activities, or communications shall be used for political, commercial, or non-charitable purposes.
  2. Non-Profit Integrity
The movement shall not generate profit. All funds, donations, and in-kind contributions shall be fully directed toward food procurement, packaging, and delivery for affected civilians in Gaza.
Surplus, if any, shall be reinvested in further relief operations.
  3. Transparency and Accountability
All financial transactions, distributions, and donor engagements shall be transparently documented. An independent audit or financial report shall be made available to stakeholders quarterly.
  4. Targeted Aid
Priority shall be given to the most vulnerable populations: children, elderly, women-headed households, and displaced individuals within Gaza.
Aid packages must meet minimum nutritional standards.
  5. Dignity and Neutrality
All aid shall be provided with dignity, free from discrimination, sectarianism, or favoritism.
Luqmat Khayr shall maintain neutrality, ensuring access to all populations in need regardless of race, religion, gender, or political affiliation.
  6. Security and Confidentiality
Beneficiary data shall be treated with utmost confidentiality. Field operations will consider security, cultural sensitivity, and the protection of volunteers and recipients.
  7. Crypto Donation Governance
Due to financial restrictions, Luqmat Khayr may accept only cryptocurrency donations. Wallets shall be registered, monitored, and securely managed under a strict internal policy approved by the movement’s trustees.
  8. Volunteer-Led Operations
The movement shall remain grassroots and volunteer-driven. No executive or member shall receive personal financial benefit from their role.
  9. Collaboration and Verification
Luqmat Khayr will collaborate only with credible, vetted on-ground partners for distribution. All aid movements shall be verified by photographic or GPS-based reporting.
  10. Faith-Based Ethos
All activities shall reflect the spirit of Islamic compassion, mercy, and trust (Amanah). The movement draws its ethical foundation from the Qur’anic obligation to feed the hungry and uphold the dignity of all human beings.
